Pairs of Words (SET-I)
You may have encountered a lot of words in English while learning, reading, or speaking it on a daily basis. These words have the same pronunciation, which means that they are pronounced equally, but they have different spellings as well as different meanings from each other. What do you call these types of words? Absolutely, pairs of words. But what does it actually mean? What is its importance in English? Pairs of words introduced to you make a difference in words used in sentences on a daily basis. If you are allowed to listen to the sentence in which the word ‘bear’ is used but for two times, can you make a difference in what sense the sentence is carrying? You must know how the word ‘bear’ is used in different senses. You can only make a difference once you learn and clear your concept regarding the pairs of words. The pairs of words also help you to build your vocabulary. If your vocabulary is strong, you can easily learn English and can get a strong grip on the English language.
